According to a new study, kids who get more sleep at night – even a little bit – end up behaving better in school.

Researchers found that small changes in daily life that allow children to add about a half hour of sleep end up helping in a big way.

Parents can get their kids to sleep earlier by not allowing electronics in the bedroom and by winding the kids down a half-hour to an hour before bedtime.
