Each weeknight Delilah takes your requests, dedications, your messages of love, inspiration, hardships, and a “Delilah’s Dilemma” or two, on the Lite At Nite, here in New York City. This is a safe place to land at the end of the day, where the music does the talking for you. Whether you're seeking friendship, love, forgiveness or just a place to relax and unwind, Delilah is here to smooth off the rough edges of your day, and add a note of peace and serenity to your evenings.
Tonight, please visit 1067litefm.com, keyword: ‘Delilah’ for more information, great photos, and e-mail our show with your stories of hope and inspiration, by contacting Delilah's producer David directly at David@delilah.com. He’ll be sure to get your messages to Delilah to share via the airwaves, all night long!
Last November I stopped by the big Macy's Parade Balloon Inflation on the Upper West Side, by the Museum of Natural History!
I got to share an intimate evening with some very sweet Lite FM Listeners.
We shared stories, shared some good food and got to know eachother.
I joined Helen Little at Wollman Rink for "Skating In Central Park."
What a great day, and such wonderful Winter Scene in NewYork!
Keep warm everyone!
If I had a nickel for every person that told me I helped to put their child to sleep at night, I would need a piggy jar as big as my room. I love the fact that I have small fans who listen to me at night and I’m proud to be that kind of show where parents feel comfortable letting me talk to their children before bedtime…
Almost 14 years ago I wrote to you asking you to dedicate a song to my autistic little daughter named Maureen. At the time she used to listen to you every night. Your show calmed her down and took her right into sleep. I asked for the dedication “Return to Pooh Corner.”
Now Maureen is 17 years old and still loves listening to you. Through much MUCH prayer and hard work on her part, Maureen is an honor student and will begin her senior year in high school!
I can't thank you enough for all the years you were there and helped calm a child whom at the time seemed to get over-stimulated with every sound at night. Can you please play “Return to Pooh Corner” for her one more time? Elizabeth
Let me be the place of calm, the easy breezy background music to your Tuesday night. If I can bring a note of peace to your busy day, I’ve done my job well. If there is a song you, or the little one, would like to hear tonight, call me at 1-800-222-1067. You can also post your requests and dedications on my Facebook wall.
