I’m particularly fond of the next holiday because I feel like I’ve been playing its soundtrack for over 25 years now. Valentine’s Day is coming up. It’s just under a month away... and a very busy time for us here on the Lite At Nite!  In fact the entire month of February is dedicated to ALL of your Valentine's Day Dedications... becuase we receive so many!

I’m already taking your calls, emails and Facebook posts.... and if you've got a message to share tonight, a Valentine's Day Dedications, or a messages about how you met you "ONE"... send it to my Producer David... e-mail him at: David@delilah.com!  We ill get those messages on the air for you!

Here are a few great listener stories about meeting “The One” in some unusual places…

I met my husband 35 years ago. He picked up four of us hitchhiking with his sports car. I don't believe in love at first sight but I thought of him all week not knowing anything about him. Well do you believe in fate? A week later I bumped into him at the county fair. Who would have thought I would be getting
out of the car as he was getting in his car? He asked me to go for a drive with him and I've been driving with him ever since. Married 29 years with four wonderful children and three grandbabies (one in the oven). I'm glad we decided to hitchhike that day. He is a wonderful father, grandfather and husband.
Sheila.

I was washing my car at a car wash and he pulled up behind me and was pretending to vacuum out his car. I finished washing mine and drove off, all the time asking myself why I didn’t talk to him. So I turned around and said if he was still there it was meant to be. I got there and he was gone, so I drove up to the stoplight and turned left and next thing I knew he was in the next
lane asking me if I wanted to pull over and talk. So we did, and we are together 15 years later. Kim.

I met John right after Thanksgiving. He responded to my ad on
Craigslist. We have spent almost every day, if not together, talking on the phone or chatting online. I had forgotten how it felt to be in love. I am 53 and feel like a school girl again. Chela.
