The Symptoms Of A Heart Attack You'd Never Know But Could Save Your Life

If you read one thing today, make it this because it could save your life. The Washington Post shared the story of Sue Palmer, a 46-year-old woman who woke up in the middle of the night with a sudden feeling of illness. She awoke at 5 a.m. with a funny feeling in her stomach. She ran to the bathroom and threw up, which continued for the next couple of hours. She thought it was a virus as she had the chills, nausea, and body aches.

She wasn't too concerned, but her husband was and proceeded to drive her to the doctor. They performed an EKG, which was when things took a turn for the worse. Palmer was told she was in the midst of having a heart attack upon her arrival. Her right coronary artery was 100% blocked, and the center artery was 70% blocked. Doctors call LAD blockage "the widowmaker," because it is the most frequent source of sudden death.

The nausea was caused by plaque that ruptured a wall in her right coronary artery, which formed a clot. That was her only warning sign! If she were to go back to sleep that morning, as she wanted too, she may have no woken up.

If you ever 'don't feel right', it's best to have it checked out immediately! It very well might be nothing, but if it isn't, you'll be happy you went.
